So throw your diamonds in the sky.

Lauren; 20. I’m a loser from Sheffield currently living and studying in Birmingham.

I can’t function properly on less than two cups of tea, two sugars. I have an eternal love for black eyeliner, long eyelashes and the 1940’s & 50’s.

I seem to have started collecting cardigans, nail varnish, tattoo magazines and notebooks; I never know what to put in them.
I’m also pretty certain that me and my friends are low level alcoholics.
I live with five boys, so I’m hardly a girly girl – but I still appreciate a cute dress and a pair of heels.
Horror is my film genre of choice; Tim Burton, Vincent Price and Robert Englund are my heroes.

Music is the love of my life; Sleeping With Sirens, Asking Alexandria, Young Guns, Bury Tomorrow, We Are The Ocean, You Me At Six, Bring Me The Horizon…the list goes on, and has a few very odd extras thrown in for good measure.
One look at me and you may think you know what kind of person I am, but I can guarantee you’ll have missed something. So don't be afraid to say hello, I'm not as much of a twat as I sometimes appear.

I’ve essentially got the mental age and concentration skills of a five year old, which is probably why I draw.
I plan on either being a tattoo artist or a freelance illustrator.

I was browsing through my Youtube history, since I’ve only just re-signed up to it, and there was a couple of songs by The Rocket Summer on it; and I swear I’ve never listened to them, so it must have been someone my ex put on while he was on my laptop.
And so out of curiosity I clicked one, and I fucking loved it - yes they’re cheesy, and a little bit geared towards 15 year old scene kid Lauren. But the songs are so optimistic you can’t help but love them; no matter what music scene you’re in to.
So catchy. I may just have to download their album(s)
Oh and here’s a photo of the man behind it all, because he’s attractive in a Russell Howard kind of way.
